Refund Policy
Return/Refund of Broken Products
Thanks for purchasing our products at E-PAPA. In order to be
eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 30 calendar
days after delivery. You may return the product if it breaks down within
this 14-day period. However, breakdowns or defects caused by abuse,
negligence, accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs/modifications
will not be tolerated. Proof of purchase is required for warranty claims
(e.g., photos, videos). Your evidence will be verified by our team.

This process may take up to three days. After verification, the money will
be refunded to the original payment method used during the purchase.
For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the
refund to appear on your credit card statement. If the product is
damaged due to external influences or the return is initiated after 30
calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund

At E-PAPA, we strive to provide high-quality products and
excellent customer service. However, we understand that sometimes 
aproduct may not meet your expectations. To ensure a smooth return
process, please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns:
Customers have the right to return any product within 30 days of
receiving it if they are not satisfied.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all
original packaging and tags intact.

Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30
days of receiving your product.
Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed
instructions on how to send the product back to us.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. We
do not provide free return labels.

You are required to purchase and print your own return shipping label.

Refunds:
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will
process your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10
business days of receiving the return.

Exceptions:
Certain items, such as personalized products or final sale items, may notbe eligible for returns. Please refer to the product page for specific
return eligibility.
