For eligible returns, E-PAPA covers the return shipping cost.

Once an approved return has been received and verified, the refund will generally be processed within 3 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Depending on the customer's bank or payment provider, it may take approximately 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in the account or statement.

E-PAPA currently does not offer exchanges.
